POCO is hiring a Store Manager to independently manage a store in a results-oriented and economically sound manner, implement sales concepts and processes, and lead, motivate, and develop employees. The role requires experience as a store manager or comparable retail floor-management experience, knowledge of planning and controlling using key figures, experience with an IT-supported merchandise management system, and strong leadership and customer orientation.
