The role combines luxury retail sales and business development, store operations and stock coordination, customer service, and team leadership, including scheduling, recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management. Candidates need at least five years of store management experience with a luxury brand, strong leadership skills, fluent English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
