PPG is hiring a Store Manager to lead its Taubmans Trade Centre in Wetherill Park. The role is hands-on and involves overseeing store operations, coaching and supporting retail and trade customers, managing inventory, driving sales and profitability, building customer relationships, and maintaining a safe and compliant store environment. Candidates should have experience leading teams in retail, trade, hardware, building products, or customer-facing environments, along with strong organisational, inventory, customer-service, and coaching skills; a valid forklift licence is preferred, while paint industry experience is helpful but not essential.
