Primark is hiring permanent, full-time store managers and other retail store management roles across Northern Italy or Central-Southern Italy. The Store Manager role leads large retail teams, works on the sales floor, develops staff, analyzes KPIs, manages merchandise orders, and supports customer experience. Other listed roles include Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager, Visual Merchandising Manager, and Team Manager. Compensation is based on gross annual salaries of €31,500–€65,000 depending on the role, with bonuses, health insurance, life and accident insurance, relocation support, and other benefits.
