Primark is hiring for a permanent retail store management role in Northern Italy or Central-Southern Italy, with rent contribution and relocation reimbursement. The employer will assess the candidate’s experience and skills to assign the most suitable management position, which may be Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager, Visual Merchandising Manager, or Team Manager. The role involves leading large retail teams, developing staff, analyzing KPIs, managing merchandise ordering, and improving customer experience.
