ProCook is hiring a full-time Store Manager for its established Ashford store at the McArthur Glen Designer Outlet. The role leads and develops the team, drives sales and KPI performance, oversees daily operations including stock, merchandising, compliance, and administration, and builds a positive store culture. Candidates need at least three years of Store Manager experience, retail or hospitality experience, strong leadership and commercial skills, and excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities. The role requires 40 hours per week on a rota basis, including weekends, and offers a salary of £37,000 to £39,000 per annum plus sales-target bonuses and other benefits.
