The employer is hiring a full-time Store Manager (m/f/d) for a growing retail company in Rostock. The role leads the store team and deputy manager, manages merchandise ordering and sales-floor presentation, creates schedules, develops employees, supports recruiting, and coordinates with regional management. Candidates should have vocational training, ideally retail management experience, strong process and cost awareness, communication and team-motivation skills, and availability for a 40-hour week across five days, including evenings and weekends.
