REWE is hiring a full-time, permanent Store Manager in Munich to support store management and potentially serve in a deputy role. The role covers implementing sales concepts, advertising and sales measures, revenue, cost, inventory, quality management, legal and operational compliance, team scheduling, leadership, customer service, and fostering a respectful working culture. Applicants should have completed commercial training, ideally in grocery retail, and preferably professional experience as a (deputy) sales leader; motivation, organization, results orientation, leadership, responsibility, and teamwork are also valued.
