Description
The Store Manager is responsible for daily retail operations and merchandising, including setting sales goals, overseeing store safety and security, managing payroll and schedules, hiring and training employees, supervising assistant store managers and key holders, maintaining inventory and merchandise displays, coordinating promotions and supplier relationships, resolving customer claims, and completing store checklists and performance reviews. The role also includes participating in management meetings and civic affairs and may be assigned additional responsibilities by the District Manager.
