Description
The Store Manager leads all operations of a retail store, including staffing, training, scheduling, payroll administration, expense control, merchandise processing, customer service, loss prevention, inventory, safety, and compliance. The role supervises Assistant Store Managers, Area Supervisors, and Retail Associates and is responsible for developing leadership, maintaining company standards, and achieving sales and profit results. It requires at least five years of retail store management experience, strong customer service and communication skills, English fluency, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
