Description
The Store Manager leads all operations of a Ross retail store, including staffing, training, scheduling, payroll administration, expense control, merchandise processing, customer service, loss prevention, inventory, safety, and compliance. The role supervises Assistant Store Managers, Area Supervisors, and Retail Associates and requires at least five years of retail store management experience, strong customer-service and leadership abilities, English fluency, and availability for evenings and weekends. The base salary range is $70,310 to $102,578.
