Description
The Store Manager leads all operations of a retail store, including staffing, training, scheduling, payroll administration, expense control, customer service, merchandise processing, loss prevention, inventory, safety, and compliance. The role supervises Assistant Store Managers, Area Supervisors, and Retail Associates and requires at least five years of retail store management experience, strong customer service and communication skills, English fluency, and availability for evenings and weekends. The base salary range is $78,350 to $122,422, with additional benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible full-time associates.
