Ross Stores is hiring a full-time Store Manager to lead all aspects of store operations at the Oxford Galleria II location in Oxford, Mississippi. The role oversees staffing, training, scheduling, payroll administration, customer service, merchandising, loss prevention, safety, inventory, and expense control, with direct supervision of assistant managers, area supervisors, and retail associates. The position requires at least five years of retail store management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, English fluency, and availability to work evenings and weekends.
