Description
Ross is hiring a Store Manager to lead all aspects of a retail store's operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, payroll, expense control, customer service, merchandise processing and presentation, safety, loss prevention, inventory, and compliance. The role directly supervises the Assistant Store Manager, Area Supervisors, and Retail Associates, requires at least five years of retail store management experience, fluency in English, availability for evenings and weekends, and the ability to work extensively on one's feet. The base salary range is $71,618–$111,904.
