The role is responsible for leading all store operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, payroll administration, expense control, customer service, merchandise processing, safety, and loss prevention, while meeting company standards and driving sales and profit results. The position requires at least five years of retail store management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, English fluency, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
