The role is responsible for overseeing all store operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, payroll administration, expense control, customer service, merchandising, loss prevention, safety, and inventory execution, with direct supervision of assistant managers, area supervisors, and retail associates. The position requires at least five years of retail store management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a full-time regular role.
