Ross Stores is hiring a Store Manager for its Central Miami, Florida location. The role is responsible for overseeing all store operations, including staffing, training, payroll administration, expense control, customer service, merchandising, loss prevention, and inventory execution. The manager will lead and develop the store leadership team and associates, ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, maintain safety and store standards, and work evenings and weekends as needed.
