Ross Stores is hiring a full-time Store Manager for its West Springfield, Massachusetts location. The role is responsible for leading all aspects of store operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, payroll administration, expense control, customer service, merchandise processing, loss prevention, and maintaining safety and brand standards. The position requires at least five years of store management experience in retail, strong leadership and coaching skills, English fluency, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
