Description
The Store Manager is responsible for driving store sales and profitability, managing inventory and purchase orders, resolving customer complaints, overseeing store personnel and disciplinary matters, controlling payroll and operational expenses, and maintaining store and warehouse security. The role requires a high school diploma, strong supervisory and disciplinary skills, basic computer skills, extensive retail experience, and preferably experience in the furniture or appliance industry.
