Staples is hiring a General Manager to lead a retail store and drive community relationships, merchandise sales, technical services, print and marketing services, and business-to-business networking. The role oversees store operations, customer service, team development, profitability, margin performance, and operational excellence, while coaching managers and supervisors. Applicants need at least one year of progressively responsible retail store management experience, store operations experience, financial acumen, and consultative selling experience; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
