Starbucks is hiring a Coffeehouse Leader to lead a coffeehouse team and create a welcoming community experience. The role requires retail or customer-service management experience, strong leadership and coaching skills, entrepreneurial and sales-focused experience, and a high school diploma or GED. It is a full-time position requiring more than 40 hours per week, including variable early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
