The role combines customer service and sales leadership with inventory, loss prevention, budgeting, returns, employee training, scheduling, recruitment support, and team management. Candidates need at least five years of retail experience, including two years in a management position, strong communication and sales skills, collaboration and teamwork, and availability Monday through Friday evenings and Saturday and Sunday during the day.
