Thuma is hiring a Store Manager to lead its new flagship store and cafe in Georgetown. The role oversees retail and trade operations, customer and trade-client experience, visual merchandising, team recruitment and development, scheduling, budgets, promotions, compliance, and store safety. Candidates should have at least five years of retail, interior design, or trade experience, with four years of retail leadership experience; luxury brand experience and Shopify experience are preferred.
