The Store Manager independently leads a retail department, handles customer inquiries, develops employees, makes operational decisions, monitors sales and write-offs, ensures product availability and inventory accuracy, implements seasonal displays and service concepts, and represents the company internally and externally. The role requires retail or wholesale experience, leadership experience, knowledge of merchandise management systems, strong communication and decision-making skills, and interest in the DIY store product range.
