The Store Manager independently manages a retail department, leads and develops employees, handles customer inquiries and complaints, monitors sales and write-offs, ensures product availability and inventory accuracy, implements seasonal displays and service concepts, and represents the company internally and externally. The role requires retail or trade experience, leadership experience, numerical and merchandise-management knowledge, strong communication, and an interest in the DIY store product range.
