Description
The Store Manager independently leads a DIY store, manages customers and complaints, leads and develops the team, operates a forklift and handles deliveries, maintains inventory and invoice accuracy, implements supply and return processes, supports sales and legal requirements, and represents the company internally and externally. The role requires retail, logistics, or comparable professional experience, leadership experience, merchandise-management-system knowledge, KPI analysis, decision-making, and a hands-on approach. Working hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 to 16:00, with Saturday off.
