The role oversees operations, shrink and loss prevention, payroll, reporting, scheduling, recruiting, training, merchandise strategy, customer experience, and communication with district and headquarters partners. Candidates need at least one to two years of specialty or apparel retail management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced retail environments. The position offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits, with a pay range of $24.05 to $33.07 per hour.
