Perfect Stranger is hiring a Store Manager to lead day-to-day retail operations, develop and coach a large team, deliver customer experiences, drive sales and profitability, manage rosters and budgets, maintain visual merchandising, and uphold the brand culture. The role requires hands-on stockroom and shop-floor experience, proven Store Manager leadership experience, strong communication, adaptability, attention to detail, and a record of exceeding sales results. The position follows a Tuesday–Saturday roster including late-night trade and offers training, staff discounts, and favourable rosters.
