Universal Store is hiring a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a youth-fashion retail store, including floor leadership, team coaching, customer experience, sales and profitability, rostering, budgets, visual merchandising, and recruitment. The role requires a retail background, hands-on shop-floor and stockroom experience, proven Store Manager experience with medium-to-large teams, strong communication, attention to detail, and sales-target achievement. The manager works a Tuesday–Saturday roster including late-night trade and weekends, with development, staff discounts, and favourable rosters offered.
