VPZ is hiring a Store Manager for its Baillieston location. The role leads retail sales, coaching and developing team members, meeting store targets, rota and attendance management, store standards, stock management, and cash handling. Candidates should have team-management experience, preferably in retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage changing priorities. The starting rate is £13.71 plus bonus, with career progression, training, a bonus scheme, and a 25–50% in-store product discount.
