Wolt is hiring a full-time Store Manager to lead a dark store in the Athens region for its Wolt Market grocery delivery service. The role oversees store operations, manages 2–4 Shift Leads, handles stock, freshness, order accuracy, shrinkage, waste, scheduling, receiving, and store growth, while developing and motivating the team. Candidates should have leadership experience, be able to work during the day, evenings, and weekends, be tech-savvy and data-driven, and have fluent Greek and English skills.
