Description
Action is hiring a full-time Store Manager in Bussum to lead and organize a retail store, manage the team, monitor sales and inventory, schedule employees, conduct interviews and performance reviews, and support store performance. The role requires at least MBO level 4, five years of retail experience including two years in management, experience with performance reviews and sickness absence meetings, entrepreneurial leadership, regular evening and weekend availability, and fluent Dutch. No minimum education is required because full in-house training is provided, and the gross monthly salary is €3,500–€4,000 depending on experience.
