Action is hiring a full-time Store Manager to lead a retail store and its team, monitor sales and store appearance, manage inventory and tills, schedule staff, conduct performance and sickness-absence meetings, assess candidates, and coordinate with the Area Manager. The role requires an MBO level 4 qualification or HBO-level working and thinking ability, at least five years of retail experience including two years in leadership, regular evening and weekend availability, and fluent Dutch.
