FARM Etc is seeking a Store Manager to independently lead store operations, represent and strengthen the brand culture, develop and engage the team, oversee visual merchandising and the physical store, connect physical and digital shopping experiences, manage resources and inventory, and track performance to drive growth. The role requires fashion retail experience, people leadership, strategic thinking, digital and social media proficiency, visual merchandising knowledge, and flexibility with schedules.
