The role oversees daily store operations, leads and trains paid and volunteer teams, manages inventory, sales, promotions, visual merchandising, point-of-sale and cash-handling procedures, and supports community events and the organization’s mission. The position requires retail management experience or transferrable skills, availability for weekends and extended hours, and the ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly. Compensation is $45,000-$65,000, with optional medical, dental, vision, disability, and flexible spending account plans.
