Walgreens is hiring for an accelerated Store Manager development role focused on learning and overseeing full store operations across front-end and pharmacy (“one-box”). The position includes classroom, online, and on-the-job training; rotations across stores; customer service leadership; operations, inventory, loss prevention, business performance, people management, and communications responsibilities. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3 years of retail management experience, or a high school diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience, plus English fluency and schedule flexibility. PTCB certification is preferred, and the posted pay range is $24.04 to $43.27 per hour.
