The role owns daily sales, profitability, customer experience, team development, brand standards, inventory, scheduling, payroll, and operational performance. Candidates need at least three years of retail leadership experience, strong business acumen, hands-on sales-floor leadership, and flexible availability; experience with Shopify, Endear CRM, Slack, and Google Workspace is preferred. The annual pay range is $60,000–$70,000, with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
