La Panetière is recruiting a Store Manager to oversee store operations, supervise and support teams, ensure product quality and manufacturing compliance, manage inventory and performance indicators, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and improve customer satisfaction. The role requires strong organizational and customer-service skills, a team-oriented mindset, and management experience, ideally in retail, food service, or food processing. It offers a permanent 39-hour contract with base salary, variable bonuses, training, and work from Monday to Sunday with two days off.
