naturéO is recruiting a Store Manager for a fixed-term contract through the end of September at its store in Champigny-sur-Vesle. The role is primarily hands-on, managing customer service, team leadership, store operations, sales events, revenue and margin, shrinkage, inventory, and personnel costs. Candidates need at least a BAC+3 qualification in Business/Management and at least three years of experience in a similar food-retail or specialist organic-store role. The position offers a proposed gross monthly salary of €3,068, a €150 on-call allowance, an executive status under a 218-day annualized working-time arrangement, and a potential annual bonus of up to two months' salary.
