The role leads and develops a diverse team, manages store budgets and operations to achieve sales targets, delivers exceptional consumer service, implements NIKE strategies such as sustainability, membership, and digital services, ensures compliance with brand standards, and collaborates with store and headquarters partners. Candidates should have retail or leadership experience, strong communication and team-coaching abilities, excellent written and spoken English, a passion for NIKE or sport, and flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
