Weldom is hiring a Regional Store Manager to manage a store and a team of 25 to 45 employees, including department managers, customer relations, management, and receiving teams. The role reports to the Regional Director, oversees sales and store performance, ensures compliance with legislation and health and safety requirements, and coordinates with employees, customers, suppliers, and other stores. The position begins in Cavaillon and requires mobility across the specified French regions for the assigned store. Candidates need at least five years of successful hands-on store management experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to perform all store roles.
