BIKER-BOARDER is hiring a Store Manager (m/f/d) for its Chemnitz store. The role leads and develops a team of around 15 people, manages scheduling and sales-floor staffing, analyzes sales figures and KPIs, improves revenue and performance, optimizes sales-floor processes, and ensures high-quality customer service. The position requires several years of retail or branch-operations leadership experience, commercial vocational training or a relevant degree, experience managing sales targets, strong analytical and organizational skills, and a customer-service orientation.
