JYSK is hiring a Store Manager trainee to learn its retail concept and develop into a store leader. After structured onboarding and training, the role independently manages a store, leading and developing the team, driving sales and KPI performance, ensuring customer service, and supporting store operations and merchandising. Candidates need leadership experience in retail, catering, or services, strong customer and sales orientation, initiative, entrepreneurial results orientation, and very good German skills at C1 level.
