Description
The Store Manager/in (M/W/D) is responsible for the day-to-day operation of distorted people’s Munich store, leading and developing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer experience, meeting sales and KPI targets, planning staff schedules, managing merchandise and inventory, and implementing visual merchandising and brand standards. The role requires several years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership position, along with strong communication and leadership skills, entrepreneurial initiative, organization, and German and English proficiency.
