JYSK is hiring a Store Manager to lead and motivate a retail store team, ensure the store is tidy and ready for customers, communicate with colleagues, achieve store targets, follow JYSK routines, recruit and develop new team members, and participate in daily sales and store tasks. The role offers a gross monthly salary of €2,250, a potential annual bonus of €7,900, training, insurance, a company car and fuel card for top-performing stores, and a five-day, eight-hour schedule. Candidates should have experience managing, motivating, and guiding a team, ideally in retail, and be able to make decisions, remain calm under pressure, and inspire colleagues.
