The Store Manager reports to a Regional Director and is responsible for driving sales, maintaining customer service and store image, monitoring performance indicators, managing and developing the team, operating the point of sale, handling HR administration and logistics, and adapting merchandising and window displays. The role requires a successful retail management track record, strong commercial and customer-service skills, and a commitment to learning and growth within the Etam Group.
