BIKER-BOARDER is seeking a Store Manager / Sales Lead for a premium bicycle and winter sports retail store. The role leads and develops a team of approximately 15 employees, analyzes sales figures and KPIs, optimizes sales-floor processes, provides high-quality customer service, and collaborates with the online shop and management. The position is available full-time or part-time and requires a business administration or comparable retail qualification, several years of retail or multi-location leadership experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and enthusiasm for bicycles, winter sports, and premium products.
