Description
Capi is hiring a Store Manager to lead one of its electronics and airport retail stores at Schiphol Airport. The role involves managing a team of more than 15 employees, coaching staff, creating schedules, driving revenue and KPIs, maintaining store appearance and inventory, and collaborating with Purchasing, Marketing, and Logistics. The position requires at least three years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a comparable environment, Dutch and English proficiency, and flexible availability from 04:30 to 22:00, Monday through Sunday. Compensation is €4,000–€4,600 gross per month based on 38 hours, with commission and other benefits.
