Description
Universal Store is hiring a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a youth-fashion retail store, including floor leadership, team coaching, customer experience, sales and profitability, rostering, budgets, visual merchandising, and recruitment. The role requires a strong retail background, prior Store Manager experience with medium-to-large teams, sales-target achievement, and effective communication. The manager works a Tuesday–Saturday roster including Thursday late-night trade and receives development, staff discounts, and favourable rosters.
