SMCP is hiring a Store Manager for its Sandro boutique on Beverly Drive. The role leads retail operations, team recruitment and development, clienteling, sales performance, KPI achievement, front- and back-of-house processes, and corporate initiatives. Candidates should have 2–3+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in luxury retail, along with merchandising, coaching, communication, and client-relationship experience. The position requires flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays and offers a $38–$43 USD California compensation range, health and dental coverage, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and other benefits.
